Overview
Our refund policy complies with European regulations and offers a refund period of 14 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange, except under specific circumstances outlined below.
This policy is applicable to the purchase of digital access, including indicators provided by Rick Simpson Trading. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must not have accessed the purchased digital service. Refunds are not granted once access has been provided, unless there is a technical fault or error on our part.
If you have not received access to the purchased indicator within 24 hours, please contact our support team at sales@ricksimpsontrading.com. If this delay is exceeded, you are entitled to contact our customer service for assistance.
Refund Process
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company, as processing times may vary. If you have followed these steps and still have not received your refund, contact us at sales@ricksimpsontrading.com.
Non-Refundable Items
Only regular-priced services may be eligible for a refund. Sale items or discounted services are non-refundable. Access to digital services is non-refundable once provided, except in cases of technical issues attributable to us.
Fair Use and Anti-Abuse Policy
To maintain a fair usage policy, refund requests made in an abusive or repetitive manner will be reviewed and may be denied. We reserve the right to refuse refunds if there is evidence of abuse of this policy.
