Billing & Refund Policy

Overview

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), Rick Simpson Trading offers a 14-day withdrawal period for the purchase of digital content. This policy applies to the purchase of digital access, including indicators provided by Rick Simpson Trading. By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Definition of Access

“Access” is deemed to have been provided upon the occurrence of any of the following events:

1. An automatic email confirming your payment is sent, indicating that access will be provided within 24 hours.
2. Manual provisioning of access by our support team within 24 hours of purchase.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must:

1. Submit your request within 14 days of the purchase date.

If you experience a technical malfunction preventing indicator usage, or if you have not received access within 24 hours, please contact us immediately at sales@ricksimpsontrading.com. In such cases, a refund may be granted even if access has been technically provided, subject to verification.

Refund Process

1. Send your refund request to sales@ricksimpsontrading.com, including:
   • Your name
   • The email used for purchase
   • The transaction number
   • The transaction date
   • The reason for the refund
2. We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 48 hours and conduct a review (checking access logs, technical verification, etc.).
3. If approved, we will notify you by email and initiate the refund. Funds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank processing times may vary).
4. If denied, we will provide a written explanation.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund within 5 business days, please first check your bank statement or contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.
If the refund still does not appear, email us at sales@ricksimpsontrading.com with a copy of your statement showing no credit posted.

Non-Refundable Items

• Only full-price services are eligible for refunds.
• Promotional services sold at a discount or under a promotional code are non-refundable.

Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Policy

Requests for refund made in an abusive or repetitive manner (e.g., purchasing multiple indicators to test them, or requesting refunds after actual usage) may be denied. We reserve the right to refuse refunds and/or terminate accounts deemed to be abusing this policy.

The indicators provided by Rick Simpson Trading are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee any financial gain.
Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions and any resulting losses. By using our services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of trading and agree to our terms.

Data Protection

Personal information collected in connection with your refund request (name, email, transaction details) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data by contacting sales@ricksimpsontrading.com.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by French law. Any dispute relating to its interpretation or execution, if not resolved amicably, shall be submitted to the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal (France).
